Global Ministries

At Waverley Baptist, we take the Great Commission seriously.  15% of our general offering is given to ministries outside our local sphere of ministry. In addition, special offerings for wider ministry are taken up in our:

• Crossover Australia Good Friday Appeal

• Baptist Missions Australia May Appeal

• Baptist World Aid Christmas Appeal 

Please note that to donate to any of the above appeals, it must be clearly marked  - either in an envelope at church, or in the description online - otherwise the donation may not go where you intend.

Our Global policy is to preference to ministries to 'Unreached' peoples, and we are moving to grow our efforts to those who have little or no opportunity to understand the love Jesus has for them.
